I use phentermine, you have to get it from a doctor. It works and I have used it before. Gaining my weight back was my own damn fault lol. It is the generic version of Adipex
It gives you dry mouth when you first start but it works, just drink lots of water. If you can get if from a doctor I would go for it, it’s 37.5 mg a day and you don’t really have to change your diet much but it does make you crave food less- and it also makes working out easier. I call it my happy pill lol
