How do I clear up my gross skin?

I have been stressed out a little and have notice the few pop up pimples but i have also noticed lots of black head patches. I have small pores so the biore strips dont work and i know squeezing can make the problem worse.
I dont know what to do. My skin has never been this bad. Is it my diet? How so I help my skin!??
