You sort of answered your question. Diet. It could be low in iron. Try to eat more red meat and green leafy veggies.

and some b6 and b12.

I use an eye cream that has natural things in it like licorice and mulberry extract it has really helped.

Sleep with an extra pillow to elevate the head (blood)
and see how that helps. Perhaps one more hour of sleep in there would make all the difference + the other things.
