No diets where you have to take pills or wear patches, join a group or spend a lot of money, but normal day to day planned meals with food you can buy from a normal grocery store. I would love to know, also how much is it guessed you can lose on this diet?

  • The best diet is theeverything in moderation diet”. I’m gald to hear that you realize that those weird, fad diets aren’t effective. In fact, most people who go on such diets end up gaining back all the weight they lost and then some. As long as you eat right and exercise daily, you should be able to lose weight. Eat from all the food groups. Incorporate carbohydrates (whole grain breads, cereals, crackers, pastas), lean protein (chicken ****** fish, turkey, beans), fruits and veggies, dairy (low-fat or fat free yogurts, milk, cheeses) and some healthy fats (nuts and olive oil are the best). Don’t go overboard with your meals. Eat smaller portions every 3-4 hours. And aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day.
