You apply one every day and remove at night

They are supposed to help lose weight.

It comes with a diet plan but I am not following it.

I am sticking to my usual eating habbiits.

I don’t eat healthily nor unhealthily but I eat quite a bit.

Will these gel patches still assist in weight loss????
