OK, I’ve been excercising at least 2 hours everyday, and I tried to control what I eat for the past month. BUT, I’m not gettin any big results - lost only 1.5 lb.
I’m wondering if there are any save products that can help me loose weight faster and keep the weight off.

hi,can a nurse or doctor help me solve a mystery,i gave up smoking 13 month ago,now the first 3 months i was very careful with my diet and exercise,as obviously everyone i knew put weight on when packing in smoking,for 3 month i was on the nicotine patches,and actually LOST weight,after that i had successfully given up,however as soon as i came off the patches (obviously not needed any more)i put weight on (about 1 stone in 12 month)for all i am still up to this day eating healthy low fat meals ,5 a day fruit veg everything i need for a healthy diet,i am not ignorant about these things,i,m very clued up about nutrition and exercise ,i go to the gym for an hour 3 times per week,and STILL i cannot shift this weight which i have put on,and i may add NOT through packing the cigarettes in,but it seems to be since i came off the patches after 3 months,about 8 weeks later the weight started to get back on me ,my question is,is it the nicotine patches that kept the weight of me when i stopped smoking,as it does certainly point to this,if you look at the facts,please dont bombard me with diet and exercise tips,as i know all of this,and i live my life like this,thanks in advance for any clues ??????????

He is pure bred. 15 mos. old. Not neutered. Diet is: Innova and vegtables, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, vit E and vegtable oil.
