would it be safe to use the patches indefinatly to elimanate the weight gain,as i didnt put on any weight giving up smoking,but as soon as i stopped the patches my weight crept up more than 10 pound,even though i had no diet changes i eat very very healthily,and excercise 4 times a week for about 2 hours,i,m tempted to start smoking again,as the weight gain has me so depressed more so as that i really cant do any more than i,m doing for my diet and fitness,so i thought that going back on the patches might stimulate my metabolism again
